We assign your product to 3 trained educators who specialise in your product's subject area. An EAF manager manages the evaluation results. The evaluators use the product and screen it with the EAF evaluation method.
The evaluators are teachers and user experience experts screened by EdTech Impact. Criteria for selecting the team:
- They need to be teachers/educators with relevant education. In Finland, this means a Master’s degree in pedagogy or educational psychology. With teachers in other countries, it’s based on their country's standards.
- They need practical experience in teaching at any level, although they don’t currently need a teaching job.
- Subject expertise is a plus; e.g. we try to find kindergarten teachers for early learning product evaluations.
