What are the most common reasons for failing the evaluation?
There are essentially three ways how a company can fail the certification:
- Not meeting the learning goals you claim to meet, e.g. specific curriculum goals.
- Not meeting the 80% mark on pedagogy. In some cases, the overall score can reach 80%, but we might still decline the certificate if the score in one pedagogical area drops significantly below (<75%) 80%.
- If there are significant usability issues that prevent using some content or compromises the user's privacy in a way that we can easily spot. For example, if the app constantly crashes on some devices that should be supported, or if the user's work or email is shared with other users without the user being able to control it.
