What is included in the review data export

You can directly export your reviews into a CSV file from the Review tab in your dashboard. This allows you to follow up with your reviewers, and share collected feedback internally for quality assurance, product development and internal analysis.

The review data export includes:

• Reviewer’s name, job title, and email
• Organisation type and name
• Country
• Date of submission
• Length of your product use
• Feedback on individual outcomes, including both closed and open (if included) answers
• Generic feedback
• NPS generic score
