If you don't meet the standard, the evaluation fee is not refunded, but you have 6 months to come back for re-evaluation free of charge. The evaluation report will list the reasons and improvement points needed for the certification, and in the re-evaluation, we will check if these are improved.
The main criterion is passing the 80% mark in the Pedagogical Approach part of the evaluation. We can't give an exact list of things your program should or shouldn't have, as all products have different purposes. However, you can find the theoretical background of our model from the Background section of our sample report. There you can see what kind of practices our certificate wants to promote.
